Meet the c4 family
Stacey Yvonne claytor
Founder
CEO
Stacey Claytor is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of C4 Performing Arts. A passionate performer, choreographer, and arts educator, Stacey has devoted her career to harnessing the transformative power of the arts to inspire creativity, community, and leadership. With over 20 years of training and professional experience—including studies at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater—she brings a wealth of knowledge to C4 and a lifelong commitment to empowering the next generation of artists.
Victoria Jungck
A Chemical Engineer by degree, Victoria Jungck has been dancing for 20+ years with over 10 years of experience teaching and choreographing. At C4, she handles most of the scheduling and class coordination, as well as teaching a variety of genres of dance to all ages. She pushes for the confidence of her students, looking to empower dancers of all abilities to perform.
Joey Jenkins
With over 16 years of experience as a musician in the DMV, Joey specializes in guitar and percussion. At C4, he leads enrichment programs and helps develop the C4 Band, guiding students in musicianship and performance.
Lizzie is a musical theatre performer and educator with credits including The Addams Family and The Beverly Hillbillies: The Musical. At C4, she teaches acting, voice, and music, inspiring students to grow in skill and confidence.
Ashley trained at Dance Etc. School of the Arts and holds a BFA in Dance and Choreography with a Minor in Marketing Insights from VCU. She blends her artistic background with digital marketing expertise to help grow C4’s reach and impact.
